Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy All products sold by Fortis Collective — including but not limited to dashboard subscriptions and online courses — are digital products delivered with immediate access upon purchase.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and hereby waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

As a result, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

2. Subscriptions Monthly or annual subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Exceptions Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the product due to a technical error on our end

4. How to Request a Refund If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at derek@fortis-collective.com with your order details. We will review your request within 5 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
